Here is a permanent link for accessing the Big Dog Motorcycles Safety Recall bulletins in PDF format. I would recommend using the first link as your bookmark since this will be the page to access the Safety Recalls, Service Bulletins and any other documentation I can dig up.

Thank you for posting this. I can't get my bike in the shop due to them having no V-Twin mechanice currently. My engine dies only when the weather goes from hot to cold or cold to hot quickly. Both times going up and down a mountain. Hit the run switch and it will take back off. One time it went from high beam to low beam then quit. I looked at 06v-305. I checked my ehc number and I am pretty sure mine is newer than the new part number listed. However the connectors had hardly any dielectric grease and it was dried out. I filled them to the top of the pins and that's one thing I know it's not if it happens again. I had actually taken it apart earlier today to coat the connector with dielectric grease and ran across this later. I took it back apart and filled them babies up. Great info man. Get those bulletins up to that would really help us guys with lousy dealer access.

You're welcome Vegas.... actually working on the Service Bulletins today. Waiting on a few more emails to compile the info.

Bad deal on the lack of service you're seeing. I've been pretty lucky on that side but know a lot of guys who have other stories.
