am i the only one that thinks this is the worst site. i have waited because i knew they were in the the process of building it, but its been a while now. u cant see the parts u wanna look at and its very difficult to move around. it is so tiring i dont even go there.. then i get an email and wanna go there only to be pissed again.... sorry for the rant... thanks for listening.

Seems like it started out as a reasonably good idea after BDM closed its doors, but it's gone almost nowhere at very slow speed ever since!

Frustrating! :zzdisappointed:

I use the site to get the phone number, call, tell John what I want and bingo. Done. It works perfectly. :)

I just call too, the phone service is friendly helpful and pretty efficient. I don't really need to look at pictures of the things I know I need.

The whole BDM website thing is confusing to me.... It seems they have staff to answer the phone and questions, the resources to get parts ad prices, are able to send out emails and advertisements on the web about Christmas specials but yet they can't seem to post pictures or give much info on their website. (is their camera broke?)

That and their long lead time on some parts really hurt BDM's credibility.

It would be nice to have an "About Us" section on the website.:confused:



P.S. I just looked at the "Miles Club" on their website.....has that always been there or is it new? There are almost more pictures there than in their parts sections....:loony:...

Just sayin, sent an email with question almost a month ago. All I have heard back is crickets???? A lot of expensive (cool) stuff they have, too bad you cant see it before you buy it! Does anyone from over there ever monitor this forum?? You would think that if they saw so many issues they might work to resolve or at least explain?:confused:

I was told by BDMPP that only one person is working on the site. My be asleep at the wheel. I see there are 4,797 pages but don't see much progress in the last few months. Maybe see a few mods on main pages but thats it. I am using Mozilla Firefox and seem to get around ok.
