My experience has been vastly different. Besides the fact you can't tell by the site which parts they have in stock. Just because they have it listed, doesn't mean they have it. Not all parts have images or full descriptions. I have placed orders, only to find out days later that the part is not is stock. Have tried emailing and calling before hand, and I don't get any replies or answers. I understand when they were just getting started, but that was months ago and I haven't seen an improvement. Glad to hear others have had better luck.
 
I have called and left a voice mail with the parts dept. twice and never received a call back. I work in the service dept. for a local Harley dealer and I return every single phone call message I receive. Just make a list and call each one until the list has been checked off and start a new list the following morning. It's not rocket science!
