Hey I'm simply joking along with the others here. I had written off ever receiving the merch. Assumed my funds were long gone!
In this day in age, an online order for items showing as being in stock, you expect shipment immediately. For it to take a month, some obvious problems with the organization...that's all I'm saying.
If I had ordered paper clips, I would expect better.
I sent four different emails to Bob, none of which were pissy at all, and it took something like 3 weeks for a response. Since many of you know him personally, I urge you to reach out to him, ask about my emails, ask him to send them to you.
The reason I posted in the first place was the poor service. Bob finally took care of it and I have given him credit for that.

I did speak to Bob about the issue and he and I both agreed that instead of just forwarding your emails to the correct department, he should have copied you on the forwarded emails so that 1) you would know that he had received your emails was directing them to the correct person and 2) you would have the contact info of the correct person that handles those issues.
I agree that I'm probably a little too touchy about it and will relax. I am just loyal to a fault. I consider Bob a great friend and hated seeing his name maligned!
Hope you guys have a great Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, or whatever you happen to celebrate at this time of year...

Just to let everyone know i just ordered some tank mounts from Bob at BDM Performance and He could not have been more helpful. Answered the phone on the second ring looked up some parts for me gave me prices, took my order over the phone. Was not in a rush to get off the phone. Positive experience for me.

As soon as I get a mailing address from bubblehead, I'm sending a check (in the amount of my BDMPP refund) to support BDBIKER. That way everyone wins!!!!!!!

I wish I had more money.
When I posted what I did it sounded negative I'm sure. I just want to say that I wish nothing but the best for bdmpp. I hope they do well. I apologize for coming off that way. I hope everything turns around for everyone that needs turning around.
