I just wonder why it takes their website 3 minutes to load whatever you click on. Also would love to buy some of the stuff that is offered, but have a fundamental problem with purchasing something for hundreds of dollars without even seeing a picture of it? What gives? Also as an FYI.....I have now sent two emails (refering to an older post submitted) back on 11/29 concerning the question if they plan on developing a PDM for a 2004 Ridgeback. I just bought handle bars from them. Arrived in four days. Perfect condition. The guy I talked to was named John. He return my calls promptly, got me the answers I was looking for and served me well. kudos
Now I'm just pissed that I didn't think to order a couple of shirts and a beer mug!

I ordered the holiday gift bag also but didn't order shirts:bang: If I knew they would be free, I would've order them also. FYI, I had trouble with the website but think it has to do with my browser (Google Chrome).

Hey I'm simply joking along with the others here. I had written off ever receiving the merch. Assumed my funds were long gone!
In this day in age, an online order for items showing as being in stock, you expect shipment immediately. For it to take a month, some obvious problems with the organization...that's all I'm saying.
If I had ordered paper clips, I would expect better.
I sent four different emails to Bob, none of which were pissy at all, and it took something like 3 weeks for a response. Since many of you know him personally, I urge you to reach out to him, ask about my emails, ask him to send them to you.
The reason I posted in the first place was the poor service. Bob finally took care of it and I have given him credit for that.

Oh well. I'm sure he is an ok guy, just dropped the ball and didn't respond to my emails. He did eventually take care of me with a refund and the shirts so I am pleased. Best he could do with the situation. I'm just happy it wasn't middle of summer and some part I really needed....but just about everything can get from other vendors so all goKnuckles,
