BDM Performance Parts

I've been up to the new "store" several times and they always seem like I'm the first one to ever walk thru the door..... the place looks nice and all, but they aren't used to serving real customers. They are extremely nice and friendly and mostly get the right part the first time. Just seems like they're new to this "parts" business. Maybe with time things will work smoother.....??:zz2cents:

I ordered half dozen items. One front turn signal housing out of stock on back order. Bob said its just one person that is putting the site together. I would think that a team (5-10) could have the site nearly complete.

That takes cash.

I agree that their website is taking forever to get finished, but as far as ordering stuff, I've had nothing but good luck. Bought a sissy bar, no problem, few T-shirts. Be nice if they finished the website though.

I still have issues with the web site, too. I know they are working on it, but it sucks to try to do a wreck estimate with the exploded views saying "under construction"! Thank God for Bob and Adrian. Without them, I would be totally lost! LT, I do the best I can, but can't always get everything. Feel free to call me anytime- 214-357-0707.

Issues with the website do suck, but Bob, John, and Sherrie have been responsive and pleasant to deal with. Spare keys and apparel arrived within days of the order. Two up seat for the 2009 Wolf arrived within 45 days. Questions about exploded views were answered with an email of the exploded view. No complaints here.

No complaints here either. Mike and Bob were very helpful and responsive to a backorder issue. The web-site was also very good and I liked the parts breakdown drawings. It may have been a little slow to load but I suspect may be my old computer. All in all, I would definitely buy parts from them again.
