I have bought several parts from Derek and Donna and I must say that we all should be very thankful for all the effort they put into keeping our Dogs alive with parts. They are great people and very service minded. They always do all they can to help.

I bought several parts from Derek and Donna and every transaction went well; fast shipping, well packed, etc. Then I contacted them about a rear pulley they had listed and said I wanted to be sure it would fit my bike before ordering (gave them year, make & model). They told me it would. When I received it, it didn't fit. I contacted them, explained the situation and asked if I could return it. They told me I must be an idiot and there would be a 20% re-stocking fee if I returned it. I replied that I didn't appreciate their fucking attitude, particularly since I was a repeat customer. I never returned it. They never replied, but simply banned me from ordering again. (I gave them positive feedback on prior orders and no feedback on the one that went sour.)

I have purchased parts for thousands of $$$ from them and NEVER ever ever had an issue in any way, shape, or form. I also know a "few" other members on here and have NEVER heard a bad word said about them. Big Dog parts are not to be found at your local auto parts supply store and we all need to be nice to the few that still supply parts so that we can keep them rolling.

No you won't have a problem getting what you ordered but they bid on there own stuff to jack the price up

I've recently started buying a good amount of parts for my Mastiff as some of the venders on here will tell you. Considering I've used most of you, but I have used Donna and Derek most. Cause of the vast selection I've seen they have. I recently bought a BDM spike air cleaner from one person and a BDM velocity stack from them. I currently have the spike on cause I am going to find someone to make an 90 degree elbow for the velocity stack cause Donna and Derek didn't have the 90 degree system in chrome, but did have the black one. But they went out of their way to offer to have the black one chromed for me, I'm sure for an additional price, even though it was never mentioned. But they could have just not even offered and I think because of that is the reason I bought the one I did. They are good people and in a shrinking parts market for our BDM's its hard to find good people that want to help and not rip you off. So you had one bad experience and want to blast them on here, no wonder they blocked you. Good luck getting any other vender to help you now.
