I’m pretty sure i will need to get a spacer to make it work. Has anyone installed one and what size spacer do I need

If you bought the OEM BD Belt Drive for your model then you will not need a spacer. Otherwise you need to know what version Baker BD Belt Drive you ordered so you can figure out the spacer

Biggest thing is pic in profile is blurry, need to figure out if you have an RT or DT frame. RT is 1.5" offset and DT is 1-7/16".

Then you need to figure out what offset belt drive was made for and then make up the difference with a spacer.

I always say this and others disagree, BDL or Belt Drive Limited is what I have on my 03 chopper. They build the biggest and the baddest belt drives for Harleys, Bigdogs all the way up to Top fuel drag bikes. Nobody else does this. That’s why I went with them for my open primary and my lock up clutch.
