Well, I just wanna let you know, that having issues with my bike (see http://www.bigdogbiker.com/forums/help-wanted/15951-dead-alive-sudden-death.html ) I contacted Anne and Wayne from BDM and explained them my situation....
-400 miles away from the closest BDM dealer.
-bike dead. (ehc)
-foreign country.

today, my xmas present arrived!!! they sent me the recalls of my bike !!!:whoop:

for me, they have a 5 star customer service and I really appreciate this!!!! :up:

You should sell the New EHC and use that money to buy the Wire Plus Kit. Looks like BDM is going under :bang::bang: and certain parts like EHC's many not be available for long. Good luck.

I agree with little-boo sell the ehc get the wire plus eliminate the electrical problems and a new 2oooi:2thumbs: you can do the install yourself

the guys got more money that all of us know what ta do with the company aint goin anywhere!!! get rid of that ehc and go wires plus I hear there are great and no problems!!!

Good to hear that they took care of you. Have to disagree about selling the EHC and going Wire Plus. For now, would put the EHC on that they sent trying to get it fixed for you and ride the hell out of it. If it goes down again, then maybe go for the Wire Plus or go ahead and order the WP and have it ready in case the EHC does go down again.

No matter what many say, not all of the EHC go down all the time, on my third (the first was change due to TSB though it was working fine, the second I had change due to me Fing it up and bending a pin, the third is fine) and it has gone well for alomst 2 years and at least 10 miles.

I haven't been on as much as i used to be, partly due to the job change and economy hear in Michigone being lousy. and part due to the fact that i have had NO problems with my dog..... But the last few times i have logged in and check the new posts i start reading one the same crap is stirred up and it seems to be revolving around rocket123 why????
We used to be able to come on here and discuss the likes and dislikes with our bikes and get some good knowledge and help from fellow owners and riders
Yes this is a free country and yes we are free to speak our minds but within proper boundary's.. If someone gets banned for being a continued irritation good.:up: But what is better is to just ignore them........

Lets get back to what made this forum so great and drop all the crap.......:2thumbs::2thumbs:

Ok guys, lets get back on topic. I cleaned up the tread a bit.

Thanks to all that have been following our forum rules and containing their emotions as best they can.

We always (and probably always will) have a new guy come on and cause hate and discontent. Some just can't understand how we try to keep the peace here and maintain a positive site for all.

I'll remind all to use the PM service for personal issues/feelings.

I am not interested in posting about Rocket123 anymore. However, in fairness to the others posting here in which he posted personal derogatory remarks and justified it because he was kiddingly called an asshole, I do state he is a hypocrite. I posted innocuous comments about cars in another thread, with absolutely no insults, and he responded by PM'ing me this:

"what are you a asshole? why do you have to start shit,ya moron"

So, as intelligent as he seems to be from his posts, I must point out that he is, how do I put this, I know.....

A FULL OF SHIT INTERNET KEYBOARD COMMANDO who, based on his attitude, has nothing better to do than go on forums and try to start trouble. How very very sad he is. For what it's worth, my advise to him, is to GET A LIFE, preferably somewhere else.:cheers:
