Besides new bikes coming out and worring about 2008 bikes selling, They could look at cutting back in the new bike area and look to the accessory line.
Basically take care of the customers you have by offering new parts, accessories and upgrades for some of the dogs that are a few years old. I would think that things like a wider tire kit, different tanks, fenders, wheels, factory warranties and engine upgrade kits would be popular with current BD owners. Expanding in different areas opens more doors for everyone from the employees of BDM to the customers.
