BDL open belt drive

Surely that hasn't been going on since 2005. What has been done to the bike most recently? New rear tire? Tranny work? How long has this problem been going on?

This was at another shop for 8 months finally he got tried of it and picked his bike up in peace’s. so I’m trying to get it back together for him. So I contacted the other shop and they said they could not find dry clutch disc for the clutch. I found them within a week, but I am struggling to get this belt drive to lineup correctly. Not sure if I’m missing anything because it came to me in peace’s

Rear tire looks like something under the fender is rubbing?

How is the spacing between the tire and fender? equal on both sides? Who mounted the rear wheel?

Ok this is where my belt is running. Am I just being to picky about wanting it to be centered on the front pulley

If the belt does NOT walk when you set the proper tension while running, it would seem that the alignment is good. If 1 of the pulleys is cocked, that will make the belt wander. You can try shimming the pulley out on the engine side.
