grrrr, this post make my stomach turn...hadn't felt that in awhile. I feel your pain TWJ, I'm the guy whose bike came back half painted. Got the run around from BDM and one of the big guys at Strokers. Not sure how the guy from strokers got his title but Amy should be running that place instead of him as she has helped me more than anyone there. At the end of the day I love my bike, just wish I had purchased it a lot sooner when BDM was still going strong.

Sorry to hear this happening to your new scoot. Here is what is probably going to happen to your shocks soon though. I had this happen to mine last year even before they went tits up, and I was still SOL then. Started with the bubbling, and then the full peel. I am still stuck with the fully peeled version now, trying to find a replacement somewhere. Probably going to have to re-chrome it instead this winter.

That's bullshit!!!,,"Sheldon" should stand behind his shit,a lot of guys got shafted with getting bogus warranties,than the dude opens a new business in the same field like nothing happened,talk about pissin in your face.

Bob Lockwood is not a dick. I've dealt with him for 2.5 years and he's done more for my customers than anyone else at BDM. He is not the owner, CEO, or hell, even management there. He can't perform miracles. He does what he can and has gone above and beyond many times. How many times have you dealt with him? Obviously not many if you feel you should post that type of crap. RANT OVER. :angry:

I bet he knows you color code if you give him the VIN number.:angry: And, if you called me a dick (wife excluded - she gets an automatic pass), I wouldn't be looking to help you out right away. Some people just have to be dicks to others for one reason or another. Can't we just get along?
