49 shipped good price? i was ordering a bralle battery and heard you had to have the battery tender plus for this battery?

$49 for the Battery Tender brand charger including shipping is good, you might find better but that is about the price for a Battery Tender brand charger.

Our Dogs are very finicky about the battery charge. There are several issues that you will see if your battery has a low charge. Best to keep the Dog on a Tender when not being ridden.

called local shop and they wanted 38 for jr. so i figured this was a good deal

Also make sure that the screws holding the cables to the terminals are tight. Bad things can happen if the screws come loose.

I have the Battery Tender Plus and a two bank Battery Tender. The Plus is at least 5 years old and the two bank is at least 3 years old. Both still work great.
