Use an ohmmeter. Remove the board check each switch. Follow the circuit routes on the back of the board to the pins. check for burnt spots. Peel the clear plastic back, and clean the switch contacts with a pencil eraser.

Hay Tim . Thank you so much Brother . I talked with Donnas husband I think . he set me up with Wild steel work . I got great Info from him , we determined in the computer is a fail self deal if the starter button has been use for a period of time that circuit burns out . So I am putting in a external start button to bypass the handlebar switch from the green wire to the button to the battery with a 30amp breaker on it . I will give an update .
