Didn't someone have a problem with the carrier scoring the inner primary? Anyone know if Bandit made modifications to the design to prevent it?

Jund just did mine this spring, HUGE diff! pull the damn front tire right off the ground!

No probs with the clutch, but I did manage to rip my tranny apart.....:bang:

Rally the 05's had a weak clutch carrier in them, they beefed them back up after 05. They did some crazy shit in 05.

Check you carrier, if the holes are square thats bad!

Not sure yet what the cause is. I will call him this weekend and find out. He took it to the dealer.

Came in, mostly done. Forgot to pick up a new snap ring for the throw out bearing.:bang:

Now how to shim.....

Project Bandit is done, may have to re shim. It’s a little tight, we’ll see after I re adjust it again.
Damn sure grabs!!! Felt good not to be slipping!!

good work BB. How many shims you using? I use two with the easy pull ball & ramp. Two shims without that and you will have popeye arms.
