Bandit Clutch Rubbing on Inner Primary

I installed a new bandit clutch assembly. After 800 miles i went to change the primary oil and alot of aluminum shavings came out. I took off the outer primary cover and discovered that the bolts on the large rear aluminum hub on the back of the clutch assmebly is rubbing on the inner primary cover. Has anyone else seen this kind of problem and if so what do I do?
Bandit says to just let it rub itself in, that due to shaft flex it will happen for a short period of time. When i installed the clutch i also installed a new main shaft and inner splined hub on the clutch. WTF

It's been documented here before. Should have cleared itself now with no further problems.
I haven't pulled mine yet since my return to Sturgis. Figure I will find the same but not worried as I said it's been well stated before and now it shouldn't be an issue for you.

Also be aware that the stock units rubbed and caused a lot of scarring!
