Banded toe pegs

I picked up a set of the banded style toe pegs on eBay and they didn't come with mounting bolts. *The bolts for the stock toe pegs won't work. *They are too long and aren't threaded the whole length. *These bolts are 1/4x20 but the head diameter is smaller than a normal 1/4x20 flat head socket bolt. *The normal head diameter is too big to fit flush in the shift or brake levers. *Anyone got an idea where I could get two of these bolts?

Not sure if a harley bolt would work with shims or Try McMaster-Carr

Lowe's usually has a pretty good selection of bolts and also try Fastenal. They can probably get them if they don't have them in stock.
