Do you just coat the ball and ramp with grease or pack it full

Grease the balls. Helps hold them in place as well.

It doesn’t hurt to have a bit-I glob on a bunch of that thick black wheel bearing grease—stays in place better with heat. Takes another few minutes to wipe it off my fingers-that’s how I know it’s good stuff.
