Back tire drives in neutral

My 05 chop has also done this from day 1 on the stand and I too can easily stop the rotation with my hand and it doesn't creep at all when I'm sitting on it with the clutch pulled in so I have left it alone, the clutch is not slipping either so it's fine in my book.

clutch may need to be adjusted or it could be that you have the old clutch basket and it has cracked making the clutch lever not work properly. just some thoughts or it could just be normal clutch drag.
if its in nut. it cant be the clutch!!!
its the oil it thr trans. [its thick and will drive the output shaft!]

I took it out early, before all the rain today. It works just fine and I will probably leave it alone. BDM already has too much of my money.

Normal and like other have said, it is from the fluids moving around and slight transfer of fluid forces. Sort of like the basic of a Automatic transmission, nothing but fluid and if one pulls a torque converter apart there is no physical drive between the drive (engine) and output (Transmission) or more properly between the impeller and the runner, but that fluid will eventual create enough transfer to overcome the force holding it from rotation and start to spin. Granted there is nuetral, but you could put a direct hydraulic coupling (Torque Converter) between engine and shaft and it will not turn while be held until the stall speed is reached and then locked up per say, while still allow slippage.

One of the reason that there is different stall speeds on TC.
