So after being bikeless for a long time, I finally got the dog back. It runs great after installing wire plus and new VFI. How ever I thought the self canceling turn signals were still supposed to work? And also once I turn the key on the fuel pump has constant power. I thought it was supposed to prime for a few seconds and shut off then hit run. It starts fine I just want to make sure it won't cause any damage. Thanks again and boy is it great to be ridding once again.

07 Bulldog/ wire plus installed, turn key on and fuel pump builds pressure and cuts off.Sounds like you have constant power going to the fuel pump or a leak inside the tank on the discharge side of the pump which would make the pump stay on.

It's prob constant power do you know if it will damage anything. I remember when I first got the bike I was told to make sure to wait for it to stop pressurizing before hitting run and to make sure not to give it gas while starting.

I don't think it is good to run all the time. It will shorten the life of the pump. You need to look at your schematic and find where(if) you went wrong on the wiring.

If you need a copy of the 08 schematic, just shoot me a pm. If you have it look at the red wire A20 and A1 and make sure they are right.
