This may be somewhat petty but I am very mechanically uninclined so please be patient with me. I have a 2003 Chooper and I have it just about the way I want it. In a couple of weeks I will have just about all of the major things completed and customized that I wanted. After that I'll have just several small things.
One of the things I want to replace in the near future is the front and rear axle caps. The ones I have on my scooter I'm sure are the ones that came with it. They are polished aluminum and in very bad shape. I see them for sale all the time but sizes are not listed. How would I go about finding something that fit my bike? I thought about just taking a caliper and measuring the axle nuts but I have seen any measurement on the aftermarket caps, and on sites such as JP Cycles there seems to be several different sizes.
Any input would be appreciated, thanks.
