AVON Tire Update

Hey fellas. just FYI .. sent my defect Avon 240 40 18 rear tire back to Competition Accesories ( been buying from them last year or so...) .Tuesday evening i left it with UPS. I got call just now (friday bout 5 ) gave me full credit on my account-shipping new tire . Id say thats pretty good customer service... :2thumbs:

I will be honest anyone on the older bikes with the 240/250's might have a look at the Dunlop Elite 3 its got a great tread pattern and might be better than the Avon Cobra's at this point. Dunlop Elite 3 Motorcycle Tire - Rear Competition Accessories

sorry that wasnt very clear. let me put it this way. i was told on voice mail, my account was given full credit on defect Avon return . it was $216.70. I can spend with them as i want. ive ordered another tire . Hope the next one is better.
