Glad you caught it before it blew out on you, for sure. Thank you for sharing this information with all of us about their tires and basically worthless service department. I put a new Avon venon on my front last year , but after reading / seeing the splits in your tire, well there won't me another Avon tire my scooter. My front tire just dry rotted on the sides so I replaced it, with the back in still pretty good shape. I definitatly won't get another Avon tire, and will watch the front like a hawk until I can get it replaced as well. Thanks, for sharing this with us, you possibly saved one of us from wrecking or worst.

Been using Avon's for about 20 years, always liked there tires. I too just installed a front and rear Cobra at the end of last season, looks good so far, will keep an eye on it.
