After listening to all your advise and reading the threads and watching the ss videos .. I adjusted and re adjusted the carb several times and still the same so according to the ss video I decided to go one up on the main jet. the one that was in it was o74 so I replaced it with an 076 , I removed it through the drain plug hole and carefully installed it through the same but being very careful and make sure it was going in straight not to strip the threads. I then re set the carb settings and went for a ride and all I have to say is WOOOO !!HOOOOO !!! does it run nice and a huge power gain and no more popping on decel and it holds steady speeds in third gear at 50 - 60 and no hesitation in the throttle!!The best 795 I ever spent, lol I have to tell you guys if it wasn't for this site and all the good people here I doubt I could get through this without going to a tech and spending a fortune.
Thanks once again all of you!! :2thumbs::cheers:
My next project is to install the forward control extenstions , I m hoping it will give me more room and clear the spiked air cleaner better , could make it worse but wont know until I put them on.

Negative Marc, my brake line was long enough and I did not need the extension.

I just installed mine and I had no issues with either side although it is pretty close to the down tube and I had to bring the adjustment outward on the new shifting rod to make it long enough , other than that everything went well!
