Here's some pics of one of the auto meter Speedos Curtis sells. Just got it today. Very happy with it. Install was easy.

Well look at that! Bike is brand new again!

Funny you say that. I often wonder if some of these low milage bikes I see for sale in other places are legit. Lots of oem bdm speedos being sold on eBay. I guess the miles on the title would tell the story. If all states put that on the title. Arkansas does.

When I bought my medallion speedometer I had them put the correct milage on it, In Va., they have the miles on it when you buy/register it, mine had 58 if I'm not mistaken.

Does the tach ring vibrate around on the new units and does the needle jump back and forth while riding. Just curious.

The tach ring doesn't change with a speedo swap. Haven't ridden it yet. Will let you know on the needle bounce.

No needle bounce at all. Actually very
little vibration either. These are great alternatives if you don't want to go Digital.

Even though they do, I bought mine new, so there would be no miles ecxept a few on the title. If I replaced my speedometer/odometer, no one would know how many miles would be on it. Pa. requires state inspection which would have a record of the milage, but if its transfered outside Pa. and registered no one would know. And thats if you have it inspected:D

By the way, that is a nice looking speedo:2thumbs:
