Attaching wires inside of fiberglass fender

Im adding turn signals to the rear of mine, the wires were cut by the previous owner and left kinda hanging in there. Im adding turn signals but not sure how to attach the wiring inside the fender. Looks like originally it was some type of silicone or something. Im thinking black weatherstripping adhesive.

use epoxy or silicone and attach a section of a straw or small metal tube (i'd use metal) and feed the wires thru the tube rather that glueing directly to the wires.

Use some truck bed coating or a can of plain undercoating. When dry it will hold ur wires in place. Or as Mike suggested use a conduit of some sort and spray that in place.
