On my 07 mastiff, would the controls area of the bar be 1 3/16 or 1.25?

Do these bikes take regular clutch and throttle cables like a harley? I figured they would need to be measured to get the right length.

That's who built my apes. Bill is a great guy. I don't remember the exact specs of the bars. It was a long time ago. Call Bill and talk to him. You could send him your stock bars. He can get all of the specs off of them. He might even be able to cut the control area off and incorporate them into your new bars, so everything fits perfect. You will need longer throttle cables, clutch cable, and a set of risers. I got a set of 1 1/4" ID risers so Bill didn't have to neck that part down to 1". Most big dogs use S&S style throttle cables. They are different from harley cables. The S&S carb can be modified to use either style. Check your cable guide. If it is short, you have S&S cables. If it is tall, you have harley style cables.
