Ive rode one... if I were to go with a trike style this would be it. My friend that owns the one I rode is an older guy and has had two knee replacements and doesnt have the dexterity to ride a bike anymore. I was a little skeptical at first but this thing is quick!!! Handles rides like my Yamaha Kodiak ATV and turns just like it. Definately somethin different if your into that sort of thing.
You have to be a sport bike rider to appreciate the foot peg positioning.
There is a guy from North Kalifornia in our atv group (owner operator of a Semi Truck), that got one recently, this is what he has to say about it:
Well,,,,from what I have read.....It gets anywhere from 40-50 MPG......
With payments, Insurance, and Fuel.....Ill be spending the Same amount of money as I do now just putting Diesel in my truck to go to work......Soooooo,,,,,I thought this might just be a fun Way to go
I finally got insurance down to about 60 Bucks a month.
Well,,,,This THANG is a kick in the pants to ride....Handles like it is on Rails and with 106 HP I can get up to Cruising Speed in a hurry....
Its pretty comfy too....Not as Comfy as Some Bikes but for what it is I didnt have any problems Except for my Neck was sore....Not sure if that is from the Ergonomics or I am just not used to riding yet....
Got to ride it almost 200 miles yesterday.....I think for now....That is as Far as I want to ride.....Man,,,,What a Blast..
they list for 15K......But as I Found out when I started The Signing....There is WIGGLE ROOM I got a Reduced Price, 2 Free Helmets and some Nice Leather gloves and an Extended Warranty at a Reduced Price....
Almost 600 miles this week
Took it over to the Honda boys today......I let a good mechanic friend of mine over there take it for a Spin......It was taking forever for him to come back....About 30 min. later he came back Pushing it It was 104 out so I knew he wasnt playin a joke.....Guess the Freakin coolant line popped off Freakin Coolant everywhere!!!!! They fixed it... Glad that didnt happen to me.....He said he pushed it about a Mile....
Oh well,,,,its back up and Runnin.....Just sucks that I have to take it all the way up to Shasta to get it serviced.....The local Can Am dealer wont touch it.....
Been up since 3am, real mad: My back has been out for a week now....L5 is Swollen and pushing on my Sciatic so I have this constant Charlie Horse going from my right Butt Cheek all the way down to my Toes:aargh: so I couldnt sleep....Feels better when Im moving around so I went outside and rolled the bike out......Took some shots......Gonna Wash it up.....:
Been looking at them for a yr or so now.....The price is far less than any Conventional Trike on the market.....You dont need a Class M to drive it...Just a regular Class C....I let my M laps several yrs ago and went to get it again a few months back and the DMV told me that I had to take all my Class A tests over again....I didnt want to do that and pay for all of that...Its comfortable.....I Did a Few hundred Miles on it yesterday....that Silencer need to go.....Needs a nice Hindle or Two Brothers on it.....5 sp Tranny.....Manual.....with Reverse...15K......
