First off, what makes these bikes ridiculous expensive? Looking at a 2010 and they still want $28,000, can get a brand new Harley Road Glide custom pimped out for that! I've never sat on one so not sure how it compares to my current bike, 06 Big Dog Chopper. I'm 5'-11" Anyone on here have one? Any big problems? Doesn't seem like Big Dog made alot of these? Just looking for some input on the bike and people that own them.

Thanks!

I believe that's the point, big dog didn't make alot of them. The lines on the bulldogs are sick, with a badass 111 motor. You see street glides, and road glides everywhere, they're nice when customized, but to whole point of bikes like big dogs is to stand out from the crowd. Personally get whatever u want that's u can afford. But remember those Harleys get pricy to after you upgrade them with accessories, cause that's where Harley makes there money in accessories. I can appreciate all types of bikes for what they are and all have lots of beauty. Hell Indian makes me want a 2013 chief, they're overflowing with details.

Hey Jason, Knot so and I made a one day 700 mile trip just to go ride the first Bagger and a Wolf a few years ago. Its a beautiful bike and road great. That first bike was dismantled though but we had fun with it. Thread on here some where with pics. That 111 motor I though was better than the Wedge that was in the Wolf. I wish I could afford one!!!!

Thanks for the input so far, reason I bought Big Dog in the first place was to stand out from everyone else, hence everyone has a Harley! Nothing against them though, great bikes. I'd have to sit on a Bulldog Bagger to see how it feels compared to the feel of my chopper.

Yeah, its a different ride, kind of like sitting on a Street glide. More upright position but is comfortable

Jason, I rode one in St. Louis, really smooth ride, better than the Harley bagger IMO, the only negative was the bags can't hold a lot because it has shocks tha take up part of the bag space.

And lets remember when you "customize" the Harley most parts are from Japan.
99% of the accessories on my 2012 Street Glide are from Tiawan or China. A boat load of BS if you ask me. Should have just held on to my Yamaha...:bang:

Fit and Finish !!!!!! you can not compare Harley to Big Dog when you look at how much detail Big Dog put in their bikes. They are eye catching works of art that scream when you snap the throttle. They need more maintenance than a Harley but that should be expected , it's part of the game.
