Yes... use hd OEM parts from say 1984 and up, or whatever is still available, up until 1999.
List:
1. Cup
2. Crank sensor
3. Spark box
Coil ties in with the list so it bypasses a cam sensor. Crank sensor is now the cam sensor. If the bike cranks over but has no spark due to the cam sensor, use a hot wire off the BD box to have the spark box powered up, the starter is going to turn the bike over so who cares about the BD box and the crank sensor. Thus the loophole, thus the 3 little pigs to make it run again.
