Most places have that policy. And special order stuff and electronics is no refund. Be sure you order what you want and it can be obtained. Mostly on things ordered from a third party out of the country you must be willing to wait. It’s getting harder to get the parts and accessories we want. The shipping problems make it even harder. I wouldn’t necessarily blame your situation on Bagger Boyz since you just weren’t willing to wait. Good luck.

Good to know, I did wait several months before pulling the plug on the order. maybe that's the industry standard but in my businesses I better get a customers order shipped out same day
