What main jet are you running now. With an exhaust change you should only have to replace the main jet, say from 72 to 74 and so on. The intermediate jet should be fine as is.
Then do a search on here and find how to adjust the carb. You will need to adjust the Idle, the air mixture and the acceleration pump, not hard to do. If you don't know how to do it ask and we will help you out.
