today after changing the oil in my bike, went for a ride. Got about 50 yrds and the horn honked funny and the flashers started flashing, and it died. turned key off and turned back on and started right up. made it about 3 miles and done the same thing. turned key off and started back up rode 15-20 miles and never did it again? Anyone ever had this happen.

08-06-09 I don't know cowboy I've been changing oil in it every sence I had it. I changed it in my shovelhead ever sence I had it also for years. My bike has never done this before.Would it do this if it got air in the oil lines when changing it, and the the oil pressure drops and it cut off for safty purposes.I don't know just thinking just a thought.
08-08-09, Rode the dog for about 150 miles today no problem.

It's a coincedince. Big dog doesn't have a safety net as far as I know. I'd be looking for loose or corroded connections in your battery box and anywhere you touched chaning the fluids and servicing the bike.
