ANY HOOKERS OUT THERE?

Well, I bought a set of the Hooker Widetails long before Hookers quit making them, and before they were so cheap. When my bike fell over, they took the worst of it. I bought a set from dealmonger on ebay last week, brand new, in the box. Well, they got here and they were for a softail. So I have to send them back, their mistake. Now I am left with no exhaust. I like the widetails, that's why I bought them, and thats what I want. Anyone out there buy an extra set, or want to get rid of theres? Shoot me a PM.

are you sure about not fitting?? my hooker widetail trouble makers are listed 96+ cubic in softail,, & thay fit perfect on my pitbull...

I just talked to the tech dept @ hooker thay have no more,,, hope all that wanted them got your order in, no more wide tail trouble makers or 4 onto 1,, I'm glad I got my extra set,, you havent sent them back yet I hope,, double check the fit mine are listed for softail too..

Eric, mine are not Troublemakers, they are Widetails. I have the exhaust on my bike already, so all I had to do was hold the new set up to my current set with dents and scratches. All the mounting tabs are WAY off. I dont see anyway for it to fit. The tabs coming off the heat shields are WAY up in front of the cover that covers the adjustment nut on the front pulley. I may have to talk you out of those Troublemakers if I dont find a set of Widetails.

I dont know what the differance is but mine are listed as hooker widetail troublemakers, part # 27405-3hkr--- hope thay can work out something.. havent decided if I want to do away with the second set just yet I like them, & knowing my luck something will happen to the set on the bike now.. just figured for that price I needed a second set, I have the dammedest luck sometimes,, I've got the factory set & the V&H big radius ( slightly scratched) if any one is intersted
