I have about 11k on my 07k9. No major issues just a clutch cable at about
7k. I've put these miles on in just about 1year.

I'm running synthetics and have two new tires ready to put on.

No major problems, until I got close to 20,000 and the tranny came apart. But BG went completely through it and replaced everything-I say it's better now than when it was new.:2thumbs:

02 Pitbull bobber with 8000 miles, ride the shit out it, only problem cylinder head gasket and dropped valve. I agree don't dwell on the problems, just repair and ride. I have had such good luck with it I just purchased on 07 chopper and have parked my Harley, now that one has had problems too many for an 06.....

2007 Mastiff, 6,000 Miles no problems (replaced speedo due to fog but it worked fine, also had EHC updated last month but it worked just fine). I water proofed it when new and added dielectric grease to all electrical connections. Wish I could have said this about my Harley ...

2005 Chopper DT with just under 5,000 miles. Other than factory recalls, I have had NO problems with this bike whatsoever (that I didn't cause myself, anyway!:bang: ). It starts every time and runs like a wild stallion, always chomping at the bit for more throttle:moped: :zdrool: :whoop: Great bike, great company, great dealer..and Great Scott, 'nuf said!! Anyway..a very satisfied Big Dog owner here!:2thumbs::hi:

17000 miles, recent had to replace gasket just below rear cyl. rocker box (oil leak), one starter, have had emc replaced under warranty, mostly little problems with that bike would still run, big dog painting and sending me new battery covers because of cracking (under warranty), have had a starter noise mainly engine hot it bangs loud on start up - I no other having same problem and can not get answers from big dog they no about, but I am now out of warranty so not really getting any answers, have had clutch problems ever since new, bigdog has tried to fix and it is better but I think I am going to change to a karata open primary and hope it will fix. even with the problems, I love the bike, great to ride and just get that great feeling every time I get on it like when I got have first Harley over 25 years ago. a lot of good comments and picture taking which makes you feel good.
