Another speedo question

Looked through the forums and could not find an answer so i will ask again. Everything is working on the speedo ( turn sign all other lights) but the speedo itsself is not working. Just had new wireplus installed, but it was doing the same thing before the ehc crapped out. Any ideas?

Sounds like the speed sensor is bad
What leads you to believe the EHC "crapped" out?

Got me a new Dacota Digital, didn´t work.
Yes it was the speed sensor.

had it tested a a local shop. Where is the speed sensor located?

Allen head screw holds it in on top of transmission just to the left of the oil sending unit.
