Hi guys (and gals), I want to thank you all for all the kind thoughts. We all are doing OK but his oldest son is taking it very hard. It turns out that he was driving on a country road and was passing thru a intersection when a SUV pulled out in front of him and didnt even have time to hit the brakes. Reports from a house nearby stated that he was traveling at about 80mph when he passed their house.He died of massive chest trauma. There was a police officer about a quarter mile ahead of him coming the opposite direction and witnessed the accident. The police officer stated that by time he got to Chris he had no pulse. Thanks again for your thoughts and prayers, and please be careful out there.
