I feel your pain my brother. Absolutley should be a recall no questions asked. Had mine in twice for "clutch adjustments". My shop in Tulsa is super nice, but after almost 40 years around bikes, ya kinda know when something isn't right and several of your buddies have had or still have the same issue.

When is enough enough?
I see and hear of way too many clutch issues going on guys. We all pay top dollar for our rides. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect a product to work properly and if there is a wide spread issue with that product, don't band- aid it, FIX IT RIGHT. My customers expect that from me and my manufacturers and we should be given the same respect from BDM. Guess you can't tell I've had my butt kicked today at work! I'm gonna go fire up the '05 Chopper, kick it into first, start it again when it jumps so hard it dies, and go unwind for 30 or 40 miles.
