another headlight question

I've got a random problem with my headlight.
It just started going out for a split second and then coming back on.

all other lights/speedo are fine and the indicator on the speedo doesn't even come on saying its out.

I've checked my wiring and plug in the bucket and both are good.
I've checked all connections to the battery

Is this possibly a early EHC warning?
Can a bulb cause this?
Thanks

Thanks I'm going to try that.
I'm worried because Laughlin River run is in less than 2 weeks.
With my luck he headlight will go out on the way there

That's what mine was doing; lost low beams first, then hi beam started flickering, then no head light at all...just a bad bulb...trouble was, it happened at night on a back road...turned on the lizard lights, cut back on the throttle and made it home safely...

does it flicker with the hi-beam as well ?
Hi, Haven't tried the high beam. It just started doing it and I don't drive much at night to be able to notice it.

I'm going to replace the bulb today and see if I can take it out

I had the same thing happen a few weeks ago. Went to start the bike and I got the four ways. Looked at the ehc lights and it said low beam was out. Opened up the bucket and tested the bulb. It was good so I put it back in. It has worked ever since. I do not like the idea of being stranded because of a bulb. If you figure it out please let me know what it was.
