The intro police are coming for ya!! :D (There's an introduction forum)

Nothing magic about the wiring. Assuming carb'd bike, if you connect the ignition and jump the starter the bike will run. Everything else is extra's for comfort, safety, etc... Read through the electrical forum for info and ideas.

Interesting where did you get your hands on the "simple" kit? Didn't know that he was still pushing those out the door.

With that kit everything works as normal your just not going to have to modify the keyswitch. Requires an additional step, I would have to check my notes at home on the specifics but wherever you bought it should have gave you the instructions for that part.

Welcome to the pound. Wire Plus install isn't bad. Just pay attention to your crimps. Take time to get familiar with everything Beforehand. Be sure to connect ALL your grounds, easy to miss one.

I have a better Wire Plus wiring diagram that I drew when I intalled my kit. You welcome to have a copy. Email me at cvegmond@yahoo.com.

The run/stop and hi/low switches will not work as toggles anymore, just like on/off instead....you"ll see.
