I know another thread on a very common thread.
So after making the clutch adjustment do to a sloppy clutch, followed the procedure by the book.
Disengaged the clutch cable by slacking the cable, backed off the clutch hub nut and loosened the push rod screw??? Screwed it back in until light resistance and turned counter clockwise approximately 1/2 turn and retightend the clutch hub nut keeping the Allen holding the position.
Made the final adjustment on the cable had some good riding one week later and I again am getting too much slack on the clutch ? It's back to wanting to lunge at low rpms lower end gears 1-3. Runs great at higher speeds
Any thoughts ?
