Another belt sqeak on decel

So this Fuchs spray. Do u just spray it on the whole belt? Just the outside? The belt and pulley? This would b a great fix for my squeaky belt and i would greatly appreciate any info. Thanks again eveyone for all the help ive gotten from u all!!
