Very good news, and with time it will "All" come back. Everyday little movements will get stronger and stronger until they seem normal again. Walking will get more steady as he regains his strengh and just gets used to getting around again. All those things everyone takes for granted will be a bit of a struggle for a while, but from what we have all seen from a distance, Andrew has great support system and friend real close encouraging Him. Encouragement is critical too, because it is so easy to get discouraged when you have trouble feeding yourself, tieing your shoes, walking, etc. You tell Andrew I said, some of this stuff, maybe a lot of these activites will kick his butt, and he will get frustrated :angry:as ( you know), and then one day it will just seem like it is normal again, possibly, more than likely, better than before, for sure he will be stronger than before as well, possibly more stubborn. You have to get stubborn with this, and not give up!Just keep trying till you get it right and then do it some more! Get the basics back down and the rest will follow very quickly! I wished I lived closer, I could help you encourage Andrew, but he might run me off too. When Andrew makes the full recovery I will tell you how long it took me to get there, or at least to the point where I fake it real good, and my hair covers the scare.
