Andy "LARGEANDREWS" Condition

I will make short post when time allows on Andy's condition since his motorcycle accident.
No response is necessary, but some friends on the forum have ask for updates.

Andy is still critical and in a drug induced coma. He has had some serious episodes but he pulls through. He's a fighter. They did drill a hole in his skull to release fluid on the brain and they did a procedure to help prevent blood clots in his legs from traveling to his lungs. Andy is a BIG man (6'5" - 300 lbs). Blood clots are a problem because he can't be moved. Something as simple as turning him, puts him in to cardiac arrest (plus it's hell on the nurses!).
I hope next time I post, I have better news.

Thank you for the update of Andrew's condition. There is a lot of good things in what you shared and with every breath He is getting a tiny bit stronger and closer to making the recovery we are praying for everyday. Andrew is going to pull through this, keep the Faith! Never, ever give up! There are many, many good people here on this forum that are praying for you both everyday and we will continue everyday. You have a tremendous amount of people keeping up with this, if there is anything we can help out with, please let us know.

Well when you're in the lords hands, thats some pretty good hands to be in. Cindy, I'm praying hard for Andrew!

Yes Maam, That is the reason Andy and yourself are being prayed for daily,by lots and lots of people, after the Dr.s and nurse do everything they can do, we have to rely and depend on God to make the call.

A little story, very true too that is happening right now. My grand daughter's little cousin that just turned seven years old has been battling cancer for most of her life. About 4 years ago when they first found it they treated it, removed everything, a year later it was back. More treatments tougher and harder on her this time, remission again for a while. About nine months ago it came back worst than ever, lots of treatments but this time the cancer did not go away as it should have and spread and grew even more. She was sent home from the hospital Wednesday with hospice, maybe two weeks. She has not eat or been able to drink anything in a week. The Dr.s at Vanderbilt have done everything they know to do. They did not blast her anymore with treatments that were not doing any good, only making her very sick. One might ask did we pray for her enough, or maybe were our prayers being heard, sure they were, very shortly God is going to take her away from all this pain and sickness and fix her personally, new body and a new home, where there will be no more sickness or pain.
We have to Trust God in this situation with Andy also. I don't know about the
rest of you, maybe because I personally went through head trauma myself, but as long as Andy's breathing I will be praying for Him and Cindy everyday.I am glad there were people praying for me and did not give up.

Andy just went though a risky proceedure for his lungs. He made it! The Dr. didn't know if he would. Keep up the prayers please! They are being heard! All of a sudden the Drs. are trying things on Andy again. They said if he isn't giving up, they better not either.
