Andrew update one month after accident

Hours fade into days, days into weeks, weeks into a month now.
I am sitting in my new living room....a Baylor Hospital ICU waiting room.
I almost lost Andy again last night. He had s fever of 105.7 and his heart rate was 165. The Doctor couldn't get either down not even with help of machines and drugs. I thought once again I was kissing him for my last time. BUT, his fight continues. Thank God.
Today, his fever and heart rate are much lower. He looks to be resting comfortably. I will sleep tonight:). Andy sure has a will to live!
You don't know how much I appreciate all your prayers, support, and cards.
And I know Andy appreciates them too.
One day, I hope I will post a happy ending.
Love to you
Cindy

Cindy, i read all your post and like many that do, I am sure, are at a loss of what to even say.......keep your strength and know that there is an abundance of postitive energy being generated Andrew's way. I am not a praying man but I hope the best for you and your man. I can only imagine the stress, worry, and pain you must be under. Many of us are complete strangers to you both, but you have my support.

most sincerely, Brooks

Cindy,
You both are heavy on my mind today and will be praying for great things to happen. Andy is truly blessed to have such a dedicated and careing Lady by his side in his hours of need. Just know that Andy is being lifted in special prayer daily.
