You are in Florida. I would do the 75-140 which is similar to the baker recommended Spectro 75-140.

Would do 75-140 spectro also.And spectro primary oil in primary.

If you have the o-rings then you are ok. I still have the original o-rings in mine since I purchased it in 04.
I did hear though that they may have switched back to gaskets if that is the case with yours then you may want to inspect it real good and decide them.
