Installed gen 1 bike starts BuT left side hand control horn,turn signal and hi beam functions not working

Check pcb board under the buttons. May need to check the connection for corrosion. I replaced the rubber seal and buttons after cleaning the board and checking the connection and works just fine. BOTH SIDES.

In your location you may want to consider waterproofing ur Dog. A spray can of Marine conformal coating will help with moisture/corrosion issues. Spray every PC board you find. Some heat shrink on ur JST connectors will help as well. Just my thoughts..fwiw.

Good morning mahalo for the help just because the jst plugs is same i flop it right to left and left to right to determine if the board is good sure enough it is the horn button crank the engine and the low beam flash the blinker.

sounds like oxide at pcb connectors, maybe pcb board.
