All Tachometer Lights flashing and Dog won't start!!

Has anyone ever experienced all of the lights on the tach flashing a few seconds after turning on the key?
I have a 2007 Big Dog Bulldog EFI with the Wire Plus conversion. It was converted last summer and has not had any issues with shutting off since!
Today, I pulled the air cleaner, throttle body and injectors to clean and inspect as I have had a slight hesitations when taking off. The bike runs great but has been hesitating slightly if I take off real easy. During the removal of the gas tank I noticed the tach lights flashing and realized I had left the key in the "on" position and shut the ignition off.
Anyway, after removing and cleaning the injectors and throttle body I reassembled it and turned the ignition on and after the fuel pump primed and shut off the tach lights began flashing again. I attempted a start and the bike turns over quickly with no spark.
After reading a few of the threads on this sight I replaced the crank sensor with the sensor off of my Harley and the bike still does the same thing! Any help would be so appreciated! I am usually pretty successful at troubleshooting but have come to the end with common items. Could this be the coil or the ECU??
Thanks!
Brian

I checked my WP and it doesn't flash. It does sequence through all the RPM LEDs when I push the Run/Off button to turn off the ignition.

I should have posted an update on the final fix for this post. The problem in the end was a failed ECM. I purchased a new unlocked ECM and Tom from S&S sent me the maps to upload to the new ECM. The bike fired up and ran great immediately! Tom at S&S was a great help as was Neil from Clarksville, TN.
