Air ride

Looking for some help, have a 06 K9, when I air up the suspension it bleeds down in about 15 mins. Does anyone know where to get a replacement compressor, can the shock be rebuilt, what would it take to replace the plastic line with a braided line.
Any suggestions would help.

It's the plastic line on the bottom coming from the solenoid
I've had the problem since day one
When replacing it make sure it doesn't come in contact with the lower right side of the primary, it'll melt the line

You can spray Windex on the connections and lines, it will bubble where it is leaking.:2thumbs:

Make sure you get the correct size line. I believe it is 5/32. Many auto race shops have it in stock as they use it for brakes.

back in 05 I had a Bulldog that did the same thing we searched all over and finely found it was a leak in the pump it's self. As I remember one of the flanges needed a new gasket.

1. Do you have the PSI gauge? (I replaced 2, on my 3rd now)
2. If so, bypass it & get a spray bottle of windex or soapy water.
3. Run a direct single line from pump straight to shock(s) & see if it maintains air PSI.
4. Spray system to re-test for leaks.

If it's a Legend Air Suspension, they have a lifetime warranty on all their products.
Look them up on the web or give them a call, they provide great customer service.
They can rebuild or upgrade if needed. 1-605-720-4202 Sturgis, SD
