hey guys I found a air cleaner I really like and im considering getting. problem is it says its for CV carbs and im not 100% sure if it would fit S&S 117 super G carb. maybe theres an adapter plate or flange out there I need.? I found a couple things online that looked like they may be the answer but like I said still not 100% on this. would rather have a for sure answer on the right parts to buy before making a rash decision. any help would be greatly appreciated.

if your trying to install a specific air cleaner and its for CV carbs on Harleys and you have a S&S super G or E this is the adapter you will need to make it happen.Screenshot_2017-09-04-14-11-13.png Screenshot_2017-09-04-14-11-02.png Screenshot_2017-09-04-14-11-02.png

Yea, I was just going back through my PM's, because I talked to the guy that has one, and I don't believe it was Dusty, but who ever it is was at the Gathering.
Maltese cross on a pitbull ? I remember seeing that in a thread that you commented on, cool looking filter..

I do actually have a velocity stack that I run sometimes on my bike but it's all made for super g so I never had problems running it, only a couple problems getting the head breathing setup just right. This is one of the only pics I have with it IMG_0105.JPG

Exactly, I have a filter booty that fits over it & its silicone impregnated so it keeps the water out decent, I can ride through rain at lest
